RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may send it back to us within 14 days. We will accept items for exchange, or we will issue a full refund.
Item Condition & Packing
All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Please make sure to package the item carefully before shipping it back.
Do not remove our tag (or the price tag in some cases) attached to your item.
Please include all extra accessories if any.
NOTE: We will charge up to 30% restocking fee or refuse the refund completely if items are worn or damaged during shipping
HOW TO RETURN
- Go to recent oreders and find the order
- No expiration date
- Card can be transferred
SHIPPING RETURNS
Ship the return item to the address provided in the return form confirmation. If you need to send you a shipping label, please specify it in the online return form (charges will apply).
Please take care of packing/protecting the item you are returning. If not in same condition as when purchased, it will affect the refund value.
Returned items must be signature required at time of delivery .
Items must be received within 30 days of shipped date.
Gift Cards Return
Gift cards can be cancelled and refunded within 3 business days of it being issued.
No need to ship physical gift cards back to us. Once the return is approved, the gift card will be canceled and your refund will be issued.
Payment Refunds
All eligible returns will be refunded to the buyer using the same form of payment which was originally used to make the purchase.
LuxLux will process refunds within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to show on your credit card statement.
