SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited orders.
Shipping and handling time
Products shipped from our showroom generally ship within 1 business day. If you need same day shipping, please contact us by phone before 1:00PM (Eastern Time), and we may be able to ship same day.
Purchases from our vendors ship within 1-3 business days. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us by phone and we will try to do accommodate your request.
Gift cards and credit vouchers will show in your account within 1 hour.

Delivery signature confirmation
In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, all shipped items require signature upon delivery.
We can ship without signature with your request (Please e-mail us your request or add it in the order comments). By waiving the signature, you accept the responsibility of the safety and security of the item.
Security and Verification
Every order is reviewed, verified and approved before we ship. We may ask new members for more information if there are any discrepancies with the information provided or if you ship to a non billing address, so please be responsive to our messages.
We do not ship orders to P.O Boxes. If you have a special request, please contact us. Please note that this rule applies to new members only.
Returns Shipping
When shipping back a returned item, it is your responsibility to ensure its safe delivery back to us. If you need, we can e-mail you a return shipping label (charges apply). Learn more about return shipping label
IMPORTANT : Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges. Our shipping fee on items that were shipped for free, will be deducted from the refund.
International customers
We ship our luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

IMPORTANT : Please note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed.
